2. Guest Eligibility

• The homestay primarily welcomes families and married couples.

• To maintain a respectful and family-oriented environment, unmarried couples are not accommodated.

• All guests must present valid government-approved identification during check-in.

3. Alcohol / Substance Policy

• The homestay maintains an alcohol-free environment.

• Consumption, possession, or bringing liquor or any alcoholic beverages to the premises is not permitted.

• Illegal substances or activities are strictly prohibited and will lead to cancellation of stay.

4. Check-In / Check-Out

• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM

• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed based on availability and prior request.

5. House Rules

• Guests are expected to maintain peace and decorum at all times.

• Loud noise, parties, or activities causing disturbance to neighbors or other guests are not allowed.

• Visitors (non-staying persons) are allowed only with prior approval and must follow all house rules.

6. Property Care

• Guests shall handle the property, furniture, appliances, and fixtures with care.

• Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse will be chargeable.

• Tampering with electrical installations, water systems, security equipment, or fixtures is not permitted.

7. Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Rooms and common areas must be kept clean and tidy.

• Waste should be disposed of only in designated bins.

• Cooking inside rooms is not allowed unless dedicated facilities are provided.

8. Safety & Security

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

• The homestay will not be held liable for loss, theft, or personal injury resulting from improper use of facilities.

• Fire safety norms must be strictly followed.

9. Environmental Responsibility

• Guests are encouraged to conserve water and electricity.

• Littering inside or outside the premises is strictly prohibited.

• Activities harmful to local wildlife or the environment are not allowed.

• Booking confirmation is subject to payment according to the homestay’s reservation policy.
